Empowering Inclusive Political Leadership Across Africa

KEPHRA is implementing the WYDE (Women and Youth Democratic Engagement) Project under the European Network of Political Foundations (ENoP), funded by the European Union. Running from 2024 to 2027, this program supports the active and meaningful participation of women and youth in democratic processes.
In Kenya, the project focuses on building the capacities of women and youth leagues within political parties, particularly the United Green Movement (UGM). Through training, mentorship, and cascading Trainer-of-Trainer models across 27 counties, KEPHRA is preparing a new generation of leaders ahead of the 2027 General Elections—leaders rooted in inclusive democracy and integrity.
